For providers of affordable housing
Rentable is where qualified renters in BC understand their income-tested eligibility and find affordable housing they qualify for.

If you are trying to lease a below-market or income-tested home in BC, Rentable is for you.
You operate the homes, your team might be small, and you need people who can actually rent the unit and spend less time explaining the income eligibility.
Your market units lease on market sites, but the affordable allocation should not. Those units need a different renter, and that renter is already on Rentable.
If you advertise vacancies for providers who do not have a marketing team, you're looking for a channel that already has the income-tested renter.

Below-market vacancies usually go where all renters already are: major portals, your website, or paid media placements. Those places are built for market rent and they can send you a lot of people, but the problem is that they do not send the right people. Most of them drop off at the real application, but that can be avoided. There has not been a channel that helps the renter these homes are meant for - until now.
Renters find Rentable when they search for affordable housing in their city, or when they need to know whether they earn too much for affordable housing and not enough for market rent.

Yes. If you market vacancies for housing providers, you can list on their behalf.
Yes, certainly. Those units need a different renter than the rest of the building and market sites or generic listing marketplaces will not concentrate that audience for you. Rentable helps you find those qualified renters faster, and helps renters with housing insecurity find the homes that suit them best.
No - the only limit is that we will not accept private landlord, you must be a registered organisation that builds or operates below-market and income-tested housing. Nonprofits, other housing providers, and developers with affordable units all use it for the same reason - these vacancies has income and eligibility rules, and renters need to see those rules before they contact you. Rentable is the best place for them to do that.
