We answer questions about how programs work, point renters to the right operator, fix incorrect information on Rentable, and take feedback. We do not give individual housing advice or financial advice. For urgent housing situations, contact BC Housing's urgent intake or 211 BC.
I operate a housing organization. Can you list or update my profile?
Yes. Rentable lists operators from public information. If you would like to claim a profile, request a correction, or share updated information, use the contact form above and choose the data correction option. Describe your organization and what you would like updated. We will get back to you within 3 business days.
What happens with my message?
