Burnaby Association for Community Inclusion (BACI)

Burnaby Association for Community Inclusion (BACI) is a Metro Vancouver non-profit founded in 1956 that serves more than 1,000 children, youth and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Its housing portfolio includes 17 staff-supported homes and 5 multi-unit complexes, Filby Court, Stride Place, Orchard Heights, Rosser, and Madison, enabling almost 200 adults to live independently with appropriate supports. BACI's housing options range from shared residential homes with on-site support to subsidized apartments and Lifesharing arrangements that pair residents with host families. The organization works closely with Community Living BC and BC Housing on intake. Applications and inquiries are routed through BACI's Housing Support & Property Manager.
