Our co-op has been operating since 1987 and consists of three buildings with 153 units joined by a gated courtyard. Two of the three buildings are wheelchair accessible. There is a safe and secure children's playground in the courtyard and s everal outdoor community spaces for members to enjoy. Participation is required ais s we are non-profit and self-governed.
