Currently manages 56 units; 424 new affordable rental homes confirmed in development. 300 Khatsilano Road project on Capilano Reserve includes 14 studios, 50 1BR, 20 2BR, 10 3BR, and 1 5BR. Acquired 35-unit 165 6th St West building in North Vancouver. Manages SNARP rent supplement program. Eligibility primarily Squamish Nation members; expanded April 2025 to other Indigenous Peoples.
